However, by pooling resources as a group, investors can more easily purchase investment properties (homes, commercial real estate, or vacant land, fix and flips)., and pay the maintenance or holding costs of the properties they buy.
Investment groups should meet regularly to make investment decisions and to learn. There’s a positive social component to investment groups: the financial benefit to invest as a group vs a sole investor, the collective knowledge of the members leads to making better informed decisions about properties. And, since money is invested from a pool, there is the potential to invest more at one time, increasing the investment profit, and reducing the impact of any costs.
